The Rolling stones said it all. In the OKR world, you can't always get what you want - especially if they are your aspirational goals! (John Doerr says that, on average, you only achieve about 70% of your aspirational goals.)

BUT - achieving 70% of your aspirational goal is still well above what the organization did before. So you are getting what you need - and more!
